JobMateAI helps users create tailored resume PDFs, recruiter email drafts, and LinkedIn follow-up drafts from a master resume and a job description. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated materials before sending them to employers, recruiters, or professional contacts.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
• You may sign in with email and password or with Google when Google authentication is configured.
• We may suspend or restrict access if an account is used for abuse, unauthorized access attempts, or activity that disrupts the service.

Your content includes uploaded resumes, pasted job descriptions, and any information you provide to generate an application package. You confirm that you have the right to upload and process that content. You keep ownership of your content, and you grant JobMateAI the limited permission needed to host, process, transform, and display it for the product features you use.

AI-generated resumes and outreach drafts may contain errors, omissions, or wording that does not fit your experience. JobMateAI is not a recruiter, employment agency, legal advisor, or career guarantee. You are responsible for ensuring that every resume, message, and claim is accurate, truthful, and appropriate for the job application.

• The free plan includes a limited number of CV tailoring generations.
• The Pro plan unlocks unlimited generations for the active subscription period.
• Subscription payments are processed by Stripe.
• Plan limits, prices, and included features may change, but active subscribers will be handled according to applicable billing platform rules and notices.

• Do not upload resumes, job descriptions, or other materials that you do not have permission to process.
• Do not use the service to create fraudulent credentials, false employment history, misleading claims, or impersonation materials.
• Do not attempt to bypass billing limits, rate limits, authentication, storage controls, or security protections.
• Do not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the app or its backend services.

JobMateAI may depend on third-party services for AI generation, email delivery, file storage, authentication, and billing. The service may be unavailable during maintenance, outages, provider issues, or changes to the product.

The service is provided as available. We do not guarantee that a generated resume will pass an applicant tracking system, produce an interview, secure a job offer, or satisfy an employer's requirements.
